Planning a unique wedding can feel overwhelming. The costs add up quickly, and staying within budget can feel like an impossible task. We offer planning resources and transparent pricing that give you the ability to plan the affordable wedding or extravagant wedding of your dreams.

The Estate rental includes:

  • Restored farmhouse with elegant common spaces and modern amenities

  • Stunning bridal suite with ample natural light and balcony

  • Idyllic ceremony barn with pews and your choice of backdrops

  • Modern 5,000 sq ft. white barn

  • Unique restored barn with bar and elevated DJ platform

  • On-Site security

  • Farm tables & cross-back chairs for up to 300 reception guests

  • Attentive venue staff that maintains all things venue related throughout your day including set up & strike of your reception tables and chairs

  • Charming mobile horse trailer bar 

  • Parking lot

  • Indoor bathrooms and additional restroom trailer

  • Wedding party transportation to ceremony location

We have no hidden fees.

Any other costs that involve our estate are listed here:

  • We accept cash, check or credit card payment. Credit card payments will be charged a 4% service fee. 

  • There is no food minimum, and we don’t involve ourselves in your food selection - in fact, all vendors are welcome as long as they are licensed, insured and will sign our vendor agreement.

  • There is no China requirement, however if you choose to use disposables for your table/service or barware, we charge a $500 environmental impact fee.

  • We require a minimum purchase of 3 cases of Lamoure Wine. Wine is subject to CA state sales tax. If bringing in outside wine, we charge $200 flat corkage fee. We do not charge corkage on our Lamoure Wine.

  • We require you to obtain event insurance (the cost of this is usually about $350).

  • We have a refundable damage deposit of $1,000 for damage or excessive cleaning.

  • Licensed and insured Day Of Coordinator is required.

  • We require you to use our Bar Service Staff (cost ranges from $1600 - $2200)
