Booking our winery wedding venue includes access to the vineyard grounds, the farmhouse for getting ready, the reception barns, ceremony spaces, courtyards, lawns, gardens, restrooms, on-site parking, accent furniture, tables, and cross-back chairs for up to 250 guests, and support from the Lamoure venue lead.

Yes. Lamoure is designed for destination weddings in Elk Grove with onsite farmhouse lodging, full-property access, and a natural flow that allows couples to celebrate the entire weekend without leaving the estate.

Yes, weekday weddings are one of the best values we offer. For around the cost of a Saturday venue-only rental, couples can enjoy a weekday celebration at Lamoure Vineyards that includes both exclusive access to the property and overnight lodging.

Lodging & Getting Ready

Yes. The historic farmhouse provides onsite lodging for weekend, mid-week, and multi-day stays. It includes gathering spaces, natural light for getting ready, private rooms, and a bridal suite with a balcony and dedicated amenities.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weddings receive property access from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, with full cleanup completed by 11:00 pm. Lodging extends beyond those hours for couples staying in the farmhouse.

  • Get ready in the bridal suite and common rooms

The 5,000 sq ft Reception Barn offers tall ceilings, modern design, indoor restrooms, a catering prep kitchen, and climate control for year-round comfort.

Yes. Various covered and indoor spaces can be used. Your coordinator and the Lamoure team will help determine the best alternative if weather shifts.

Planning & Coordination

Yes. Alongside our venue rental options, Lamoure Vineyards offers all-inclusive wedding packages for couples seeking a more streamlined planning experience.

Yes. A licensed and insured day-of coordinator is required for all weddings.

Yes. A Lamoure venue lead is present throughout the wedding to support logistics, venue maintenance, property access, and onsite transportation (such as golf cart assistance).

Vendors & Rentals

No. All vendors are welcome as long as they are licensed, insured, and willing to sign the Lamoure vendor agreement.

Tables and cross-back chairs for up to 250 guests are included for use inside the barns. Linens, plates, utensils, and additional ceremony chairs for The Estate Lawn must be rented.

Yes. All caterers must be licensed, insured, and compliant with venue guidelines.

Beer & Wine

Yes. Rather than operating as a traditional retail tasting room, we primarily serve our wines at weddings, private events, and select public experiences held throughout the year.

Yes. Lamoure offers several beer and wine bar packages.

You may bring outside wine with a $200 corkage fee. No corkage fee applies to Lamoure wines.

Yes. There is a required purchase of two cases of Lamoure wine.

Yes, hard alcohol is allowed during cocktail hour in the garden square.

Music & Sound

Music must end at 10:00 pm for weekday and weekend celebrations. Vendors and items must be off the property by 11:00 pm.

Yes — the venue adheres to county guidelines to maintain a peaceful environment consistent with vineyard operations.

Decor & Safety

No fireworks or sparklers are permitted. Cold spark machines are allowed.

Dogs are allowed with pre-approval for ceremony and photos only. They must remain on a leash and may not enter barns or food areas.

Smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas due to wildfire risk.

Vineyard Events

Yes! Throughout the year we host public events that welcome guests to experience the property, beautiful vineyard setting, and hospitality.

Unlike a traditional tasting room, our focus has evolved toward curated agritourism experiences and private events rather than daily wine service. Many of our events feature Lamoure wines alongside food, live entertainment, and seasonal experiences.

Yes. In addition to weddings, Lamoure Vineyards is an excellent setting for corporate retreats, leadership meetings, team celebrations, nonprofit events, family gatherings, and other private occasions.

With overnight accommodations, scenic vineyard views, flexible gathering spaces, and a peaceful atmosphere just outside Sacramento, it’s the perfect spot to celebrate or collaborate. 

Yes. We want every guest to feel included, whether they choose to drink wine or not.

Our events and weddings offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverage options so everyone can enjoy the experience.

Parking & Transportation

Up to 100 vehicles can be parked onsite.

Yes. A golf cart is available for photo transport and mobility assistance around the property.

Downtown Sacramento is about 30 minutes away by car. 

Payments & Policies

Checks and credit cards. Credit card payments incur a 4% service fee.

A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking, followed by 50% six months out. The remaining balance, wine minimum, and event insurance are due 3 months prior to the event.

Yes. Proof of event insurance is required.

Yes. A refundable $1,000 damage deposit applies.

There are no hidden fees.

If you choose to stay overnight on the property, there is a 12% Sac Co occupancy tax.
