Nicole is the heart of Lamoure — a hands-on vineyard host, former junior high volleyball coach, and mom with a deep love for community. She brings warmth to every part of the property, whether she’s checking in on guests, helping in the barns, or greeting familiar faces from years of coaching.

Family, hospitality, and the vineyard lifestyle are what she loves most. She and Casey were married here themselves, making Lamoure a true full-circle story — a place built on connection and real California charm.

Casey Cook, Owner

Casey brings the energy and the humor to Lamoure. Whether he’s on a tractor, tuning equipment, prepping the barns, or jumping into a line-dancing night, he’s always the first one to show up and the last one to leave.

He’s the practical side of the duo — the guy who can fix anything, makes sure the property runs smoothly, and still finds time to enjoy wine, sports, and good company. If something at Lamoure looks perfectly timed or perfectly maintained… it’s probably Casey.
